ARREST PROCEDURE The detaining of suspects: All insects detained subject to an arrest warrant may be placed in a locked security jar and held for up to 4 hours without being charged and without bail provided the offender has been read their rights and is known to understand the reason(s) for their being detained. Reading an Insect their rights: For an arrest to be legal, a Field Operative must ensure that the suspect is read the following statement, word for word in insect.....  You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say or dance will be interpreted by a qualified Field Operative and maybe used against you in a court of law.  You have the right to buzz your colony. If you are unable to make contact, the Field Operative is empowered to make contact on your behalf.  You have the right to an attorney. If you cannot afford one, one will be appointed for you.  Do you understand your rights as I have outlined them? Page 11
